Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law

About This Journal

The Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law (VJTL) is a prominent, widely cited, student-edited publication of Vanderbilt University Law School devoted to current and emerging issues of comparative, international, and transnational law. Established in 1967, the Journal publishes five issues annually featuring articles by leading international law scholars and legal practitioners. VJTL serves as an important forum for scholarship and debate on legal issues that cross borders, legal systems, and national boundaries. As part of the intellectual life of Vanderbilt Law School, the Journal hosts a biennial symposium on current issues in international and comparative law, bringing scholars, practitioners, and participants from around the world to the law school campus in Nashville, Tennessee.
